Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without the need for justification, provided that the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

— The product must not have been opened or used.
— It must be in its original packaging.
— It must include all accessories and documentation included in the shipment.
— The request must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products, unless they have manufacturing defects.

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, contact us through our contact page indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the product has manufacturing defects or an incorrect product was shipped.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 business days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photographs of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement or arrange a full refund, including shipping costs.
